The outer dimensions of our space-saving SIGTEK desktop cases are kept as compact and small as possible. Up to 3 marking heads can be controlled with the marking systems.

TheSG2 series control devicesfeature a wide range of functions in a compact space. Thanks to their small dimensions, the devices can easily be integrated into existing plants and machines. Up to two different marking channels can be controlled.
SG3 control devices are ideal when you want a larger range of functions, for example spray air. Up to three channels can be controlled. SG3 control devices can also be used for circulation devices for the application of opaque pigmented ink.
TheSG5 control device is one of the larger desktop cases. It is designed for complex applications with automatic color changes. Up to four different marking fluids and an additional cleaning channel can be used, which are all conducted to a single marking head.

19" RACK/DESKTOP CASE SG-14/-15-/-16/-24


The universal SIGTEK housing system offers variable uses and can easily be mounted, if required. The compact design can accommodate up to 20 marking channels with the SG-24.

The SG14 model meets the 19" rack system standard. The SG14 series can be used either as a desktop case or as a rack version. The SG14 control devices can be equipped with up to ten marking channels. The control until for each channel is located on a separate insert board, thus being extremely easy to maintain.
SG15 control devices are equivalent to 19" cases with half the width. Nevertheless, they can be used for most applications. Up to four marking channels with monitoring functions can be installed.



19" control device with 84TE/6HE. The SG24 can accommodate up to 20 marking channels with monitoring functions as well as special functions for complex tasks in large production lines.

The SG17 is one of the smaller wall cases in our range and provides enough space for multiple marking channels and special functions.
The SG21 control device is the widest wall case in our product range, offering plenty of space for your project requirements.
This SG23 series design offers the possibility of installing a circulation pump for pigmented ink. The applied color dots feature a particularly high opacity. The size of the case makes it possible to install multiple control channels with monitoring functions.
The SG27 is the most space-saving stainless steel wall case. Up to 2 channels can be installed in this unit to control the marking heads.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT


The control devices can be equipped with a radio trigger. This will make it possible to directly trigger the application of the color markings manually.
