INK CONTAINERS
Ink containers are available in two sizes: 1-liter or 1.35-liter tanks for applications with a low fluid consumption and 10-liter tanks for frequent marking processes with a longer-lasting fluid supply. All tanks are suitable for solvent-based fluids and are not subject to the pressure vessel regulations. The following options are available for the paint spraying systems:

TK12 series
The TK12 is a 1.35 liter fluid tank. Made of thick-walled stainless steel, it features a maximum permissible air pressure of 2.0 bar. The tank can also be equipped with an optional float switch to monitor the filling level. The level is monitored visually via a display LED at the control device as well as via a potential-free output for external processing. Thanks to a potential equalization in the control device, the tank is explosion-proof.

TK17 series
The TK17 is a 10 liter fluid tank. Made of thick-walled stainless steel, it features a maximum permissible air pressure of 2.0 bar. The tank can also be equipped with an optional float switch to monitor the filling level. The level is monitored visually via a display LED at the control device as well as via a potential-free output for external processing. Thanks to a potential equalization in the control device, the tank is explosion-proof.

TK11 series
The TK11 consists of a 1-liter bottle container. It is made of polypropylene, and the tank mount is made of stainless steel. The maximum permissible air pressure is 0.8 bar. Level monitoring can be installed on the side of the container to ensure the fluid supply in container. The level is monitored visually via display LEDs at the tank mount and the control device as well as via a potential-free output for external processing.

SPECIAL DESIGNS
The TKK11 is a special design consisting of two TK11 tanks. A diverter makes it possible to easily switch between the tanks that are connected to the control device to ensure marking fluid refills without interruptions. This provides the advantage that the productions process is not disrupted.
